Third, we typically send a written custom quote within one working day of the consultation. Once you accept it and pay the deposit, your shoot date is locked in.

For profile shoots, two to three weeks is typical. Brand campaigns and editorial work benefit from four to six weeks of lead time because they usually involve model casting, styling, location scouting, and creative prep. Rush bookings are sometimes possible — call us directly and we'll tell you honestly whether we can take it on.

Yes — usually. The consultation is our way of understanding your project before suggesting a direction or quote. It carries no obligation, and you're free to take our ideas elsewhere if we're not the right fit for your shoot.

Not at all. Most of our clients book entirely over email, phone, or video call. A studio visit is usually welcome if you prefer to meet the team in person before committing.

Because no two shoots are alike. A solo profile session and a three-day brand campaign differ enormously in crew size, styling needs, shoot hours, editing time, and delivery scope. Publishing a single rate card would misrepresent either the simpler or the more ambitious project. Instead, we quote every shoot individually — and we explain each line item so you know exactly what you're paying for. See our Pricing page for a detailed breakdown of what affects cost.

As a rough indication: our profile shoots typically start at ₹15,000, brand shoots at ₹35,000, and modeling portfolio shoots at ₹20,000. Actual quotes depend on hours, crew, deliverables, and location. Your written quote will include the full scope with itemised shoot fees, usage, travel, taxes where applicable, and optional add-ons before booking.

We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and block the shoot date on our calendar. The remaining 50% is due on or before the shoot day. For larger brand projects, we sometimes structure payments in three milestones — booking, shoot day, and delivery — so it's easier to budget.

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and major credit or debit cards. Invoices or receipts include applicable billing and tax details shown in the written quote. International clients can pay via wire transfer in INR equivalent — bank charges are disclosed in advance.

Never. Every cost is listed on your written quote — shoot fee, crew, styling, retouching, travel, and taxes. If the scope changes mid-project, we send you a revised quote for your approval before any additional work begins. This is a core part of how we work.

During the consultation, we share a detailed preparation guide that includes wardrobe suggestions, colour palettes that photograph well, grooming notes, and a list of things to bring. For brand and modeling shoots, we also help with stylist and MUA coordination so nothing is left to guesswork.

Absolutely — we regularly collaborate with the client's own creative team. If you'd prefer us to arrange the team instead, we have a trusted network of stylists, hair and makeup artists, and producers we work with in Mumbai and across India.

Profile shoots run two to four hours including wardrobe changes and breaks. Brand and editorial shoots typically run a full day (8–10 hours). Multi-day shoots are planned out in advance with a written call sheet you'll receive 48 hours before the first shoot day.

For outdoor shoots, we monitor the forecast and reschedule at no cost if weather makes it unsafe or unsuitable. Your final edited images are delivered through a private, password-protected online gallery within 10–21 working days of the shoot. You can download high-resolution JPEG files in both web-optimised and print-ready formats. Download access stays active for 90 days; we recommend backing up your files locally within that window.

The number of final edited images is set in your written quote based on shoot scope. As a rough guide: profile shoots yield 15–30 final images, brand shoots 30–80, and modeling portfolios 20–40. We deliver the strongest selects rather than every frame captured.

Raw files are not delivered by default — they're working files, not finished work, and aren't meant for end use. If your project specifically requires raw delivery (some brand agreements do), we discuss it upfront and include terms in the contract.

Yes — one round of minor revisions (colour tweaks, small retouching adjustments, crop changes) is included in every shoot. Additional rounds or major re-edits are billed at our standard retouching rate, which we quote before any extra work starts.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use your delivered images for the purposes outlined in the contract — typically personal, editorial, or commercial use, across web and print. Usage beyond that scope (resale, sub-licensing, stock libraries, derivative works) requires written permission and often a separate fee. The full details are in our Terms of Service.

We may use selected images in our portfolio, website, social media, and print marketing — unless you specifically request otherwise in writing at the time of booking. We respect client confidentiality fully: if you want your shoot kept private, we add a non-publicity clause to the contract at no extra cost.

Yes. One reschedule is free if requested at least 7 days before the shoot. Reschedules within 7 days may incur a small rebooking fee (we'll tell you the exact amount). Multiple reschedules are handled case by case, and we usually try to accommodate genuine changes in plan.

Cancellations more than 14 days before the shoot forfeit the booking deposit. For cancellations within 14 days, the deposit is forfeited and any additional fee depends on documented work already completed, non-refundable costs, and the signed quote or agreement. In the very rare event we have to cancel — illness, equipment failure, or emergency — we offer you the next available date, or a full refund of all amounts paid. We've kept this almost-zero over the years, but we have backup systems in place if it ever becomes necessary.
