We don't publish a fixed rate card, because no two shoots are the same. Here's how we price — what affects cost, what's typically included, and what you can expect to pay.
Every quote is tailored after a free consultation. These figures are a realistic starting point — not final prices — to help you budget before we speak.

Figures above are indicative starting points. Your written quote will list every line item — shoot fee, crew, styling, retouching, travel, and taxes — so there are no surprises.
These are the variables that move a quote up or down. Understanding them helps you brief us accurately.
A two-hour session and a multi-day campaign carry very different production costs. Longer shoots need more crew time, more editing time, and more coordination.
Some shoots need just the photographer. Others need an assistant, a stylist, a hair & makeup artist, a producer, or a digital tech. Each added role has a day rate.
In-studio is typically the most cost-effective. Outdoor or on-location work may involve permits, equipment rental, and travel. Destination shoots include flights and accommodation.
The final image count drives the editing load. A 25-image profile set and an 80-image brand lookbook are very different edit jobs.
Natural skin retouching is included. Advanced compositing, product clean-up, or beauty retouching takes longer and is billed accordingly.
Personal and editorial use is standard. Wide commercial campaigns (national OOH, global digital) may carry a usage licence fee, which we explain clearly upfront.
If we source wardrobe, props, or sets, those costs are listed as separate line items on the quote at actual cost plus coordination time.
Our standard delivery is 10–21 working days. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available on select projects for an additional fee, subject to capacity.
Applicable taxes, billing details, travel, crew, and optional add-ons are shown on the written quote or invoice before booking. We do not add undisclosed mandatory fees after confirmation.
Regardless of shoot type or budget, every Anna Studio quote includes these as standard — at no extra charge.
A non-refundable 50% deposit confirms your shoot date. Your booking is locked in the moment we receive it. The deposit is credited against the total fee.
The remaining 50% is due on or before the shoot day. For larger projects, we sometimes structure payments across three milestones — we discuss this transparently in advance.
Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, debit and credit cards, and — for international clients — wire transfer in INR equivalent. Full invoice breakdown every time.
Tell us about your shoot — type, date, scope. We'll come back with a detailed, itemised quote you can review at leisure.
