Start with a short email to hello@annastudio.site, a call to +91 98765 34279, or the contact form on our website. Include whatever you already know — type of shoot, approximate timeline, your goal. Don't worry if it's vague; clarifying is our job, not yours.
Within one working day, you'll hear back from either Raj or our studio manager with initial thoughts, a few clarifying questions, and two or three suggested times for a free consultation. If your request is time-sensitive, mention it — we will prioritise.
The consultation takes 30–45 minutes — on a call, over video, or in our studio in Andheri West. We'll walk through your style, purpose, mood, and logistics in detail. For brand shoots, this is where we review references, discuss direction, and start shaping the creative brief.
Typically within one working day of the consultation, you receive a detailed written quote covering scope, crew, locations, deliverables, timeline, usage rights, and every line-item cost. Itemised written quotes, clear cost categories. Read it at leisure, ask questions, and propose edits before signing.
Once you're happy, we send a short written agreement summarising what we've agreed. You sign, pay the 50% deposit, and your shoot date is locked.
This is the quiet but important part. We send a detailed preparation guide — wardrobe, grooming, what to bring, what to expect. For brand shoots, we coordinate with your team on location scouting, casting (if needed), call sheets, and styling.
On the day, we set up ahead of you so the moment you arrive, we can ease in. Expect a calm, unhurried environment — no barking on set. We take the time to get posing and lighting right, review frames with you on a tethered monitor (where relevant), and adjust as we go.
Profile shoots typically run 2–4 hours. Brand and editorial shoots run 8–10 hours. Multi-day shoots follow the call sheet you've already approved.
We carefully select the strongest frames, apply industry-standard colour grading and retouching, and deliver your finished images via a private, password-protected online gallery. You receive high-resolution files in both web and print formats.
One round of minor revisions is included — colour tweaks, crop changes, small retouching. If you need more, we quote it transparently before starting.
This process is the result of eight years of learning what works — and what doesn't — when delivering photography that clients are proud to use.
The consultation protects you from a poorly-briefed shoot. The written quote protects you from scope creep. The preparation guide protects you from the anxiety of not knowing what to wear. The agreed call sheet protects everyone's time on shoot day. The revision round protects your final images from small imperfections.
Each step is there for a reason. Skip one, and something else has to absorb the uncertainty — usually the final photos.
We aim to answer enquiries within one working day. Costs are itemised in writing. Changes of scope are quoted before extra work begins, so you can review them before approval.
We commit to the delivery timeline stated in your written quote. If a delivery risk arises, we notify you promptly with a revised ETA and the reason for the change.
